I just recently purchased my Force Factor free trial about a month ago. I see many people reading many Force Factor reviews online and they don’t know whether or not this nitric oxide booster supplement really works or is it just a scam? Well before I purchased my free trial, I did my research to see if Force Factor was a scam. I read more great reviews than bad ones and decided that the supplement was definitely legit and people were seeing some great results from it. But I also wanted to know if there was any future billing after the 14 day free trial. If I didn’t like the supplement then I didn’t want to keep getting future payments and more of the supplement.

So what I did before purchasing the free trial was read the terms and conditions. So many people are so quick to buy something without reading the terms they need to commit too.

Here are some of the important terms and conditions I read:

“You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.99 for us to send you a 14 day trial supply of Force Factor.”

Ok, this was a given and it clearly stated this on the website before purchase.

But here is what many people skip to read and which is why people yell Force Factor scam all over the place…

If you do not call customer service to cancel within [18] days of ordering your free trial, you will continue with our auto-ship program. Unless you cancel before the end of your trial period as specified above, we will ship your first 30-day supply of Force Factor at the end of your trial period. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh 30-day supply of Force Factor each month for as long as you stay a member of our auto-ship program. The card you provided when you ordered the trial product will be automatically charged $74.98 (plus tax if applicable) when each new product ships.”

*** “To cancel future shipments in the auto-ship program, you must call 1-877-492-7243 at least 1 day prior to the date that your next monthly delivery ships.”

So I read these terms before getting the free trial offer and knew what I had to do if I wanted to cancel. When I received my 14 day trial in the mail, I started using Force Factor and loved the results. However I didn’t want to be billed again for $75 bucks. So I called up the Force Factor customer service and it only took a couple rings before someone picked up. I talked to the lady (who was more than kind) about canceling future orders. I said I wanted to cancel and she did. I got to keep my 14 day free trial and that was that… no future billing.

I hope many people read this post and learn how the Force Factor free trial works before purchasing. Just remember to read the terms and conditions before buying something. Don’t just yell Force Factor scam, because YOU didn’t read the terms. In my opinion, Force Factor is an excellent company, has superb customer service, and is a great muscle building supplement. The only thing that they can work on is their pricing, because it’s a bit expensive. Other than this, I liked the company all-around.
