So you want to get that shredded figure already and are sick and tired of hitting the gym only to see zero results. Don’t worry, I’ve been there and done that. However, through lots and lots of trial and error I finally broke through that barrier and haven’t looked back since!
Here are the must-know tips that you need to start seeing results as soon as tomorrow!
#1: Energy! Energy! Energy! This is my key to success and YOUR key to success. I remember I would go to the gym years ago and half-a.ss everything! I’d do some exercises here and did some sets there, but I honestly just didn’t have the energy to do what I need to do to see the results I wanted to see! If you have this explosive energy in you, it’s really truly hard to not have a good workout in the gym. This is why I chose to use Force Factor to help me explode through my workouts! Coffee won’t do it, sugar will definitely not do it, a banana won’t do it! Try out a nitric oxide supplement like Force Factor and see what it does for yourself!
#2: Ask yourself why you want to have that muscular body? Why do you want to get ripped muscle? It’s so much easier to reach your muscle gaining goals if you know what you’re fighting for. Don’t just go to the gym and lift to just…lift. This won’t produce results. You have to really want it! Do it for yourself and not for others!
#3: Ignore the naysayers! Yes, that means your family, your friends and all the above. People will always tell you that you can’t do something. People used to tell me that I was too skinny to build muscle and it would be impossible to get big. It did get to me back then, but I started to ignore what people said and kept going! Don’t let someone bring down your health goals and even life goals in general. When someone tells me I can’t do something I just laugh and push it aside…let it go.
#4. Don’t be afraid to fail. You will fail at some points. Nobody is perfect and everyone fails at some points in life. It’s about how you can learn from that failure and move on…keep pushing forward! Success will come eventually. Yea you might have a terrible workout one day and get really down on yourself for not achieving the results you wanted in the gym. But keep pushing on, forget about it and bang out a powerful workout the next day!
#5. Work your butt off. Mohammed Ali, one of the greatest heroes, had a great line in the ’70s when he was asked, “How many sit-ups do you do?” He said, “I don’t count my sit-ups. I only start counting when it starts hurting. When I feel pain, that’s when I start counting, because that’s when it really counts.”
